How can you tell if you have baby or permanent teeth?
u should loose all your baby teeth at about 15 or 16 but everyones different
Reply:You should cut your last molars in the back of your mouth at around 12 years old. Your adult teeth start cutting when you are about 5 and finish between 12-13 except for your wisdom teeth.

Few people have room in their mouth for their wisdom teeth which cut in the very back of the jaw close to the jaw bone. Those teeth may never cut through and can cause a great deal of pain as they take growth spurts throughout your young adulthood. If they cannot come through because there is not enough space, the gum will swell, you will get a headache, sore throat on that side of the mouth and you would just wish they would go away.

When you get good and tired of the pain about every 6 months when they take a notion to try and push through, you will probably be in your early 30s and will decide to go to an oral surgeon and have them pulled out.

They can also force your other teeth to become crooked so you may want them pulled before your 30s.

Except for your wisdom teeth, all your teeth should be done growing by the time you are 18-21 years old. Until then you will have gaps and spaces you wish would just go away. Generally they will.

I am an RN
