another permanent tooth is inside the gum. there is no pain and the baby teeth are strong. doctor told me that i had to wear braces.will the baby teeth fall eventually. pls help

It may or it may not come out on it%26#039;s own. If it doesn%26#039;t come out on it%26#039;s own then the dentist may need to pull it for you so the ortho doc can do the braces.
Reply:they will eventually fall out. i had the same problem. or you can get them pulled and then you adult teeth will come in faster
Reply:Dude you need to get your baby teeth pulled. They should have fallen out YEARS ago. Besides, you can%26#039;t get braces if you still have baby teeth.

Reply:if there are permanate teeth underneath your baby teeth then yes they should fall out, some people dont have permanate teeth, therefore baby teeth stay and theres nothing that.
