How much does it cost to get 3 permanent teeth from the dentist?

My mom was in an auto accident, last yr. She got 3 of her teeth knocked out. I%26#039;m not sure exactly which ones, but I think its her right front tooth, the one next to it and one on her left side. Now she%26#039;s embarrassed to go anywhere cause she has her teeth missing. So I really want to help by saving some money so we can get the procedure done. She doesn%26#039;t have dental insurance but I really want to look into getting some for her so maybe that can help with the cost. Do you think it will? Also, she wants 3 permanent teeth not dentures so if you can, please give me some advice. Or at least a website where I can go to look up some information because I don%26#039;t even have a dentist.

it really depends on the area where ya%26#039;ll live. implants can range to - $3400* each, a bridge can be 2500. your best bet would be to have her consult a dentist. someone mentioned in another post to another question -- try the local university that has a dental program - they might be able to help her while she%26#039;s helping them!!

top periodontist in jacksonville florida (i have some dental issues so a special specialist is needed)

$595 for extraction %26amp; bone graft

$1866 for the implant (titanium screw!!)

$1000 for the crown
Reply:It depends on the teeth that need to be replaced. She should check with her auto insurance, they may help pay for the costs since it was related to an accident.

You need to find a dentist. I had to get an estimate for a filling for my daughter. I needed the tooth number, type of cavity and what type of filling before I could get an estimate.

In our case, we needed to get it done and her normal dentist couldn%26#039;t see her for months.
Reply:These %26#039;permanent%26#039; teeth you are talking about are called dental implants. You should go and see an oral surgeon about the implants. They run about $2500-4000 per tooth, without the crown (which a general dentist will fabricate) which can run between $500-800 depending on where you live. It is tough without dental insurance. I don%26#039;t know what your circumstances are, but in some cases of auto accidents, the other driver%26#039;s insurance (if there was someone else involved) will pay for medical expenses AND if she gets a settlement of some kind, this could help replace her teeth. I hope this helps, it sounds like a horrible situation. She could always have a partial denture fabricated in the mean time until she either saves for the implants or saves money for them. Good luck
Reply:you didn%26#039;t say where do you live. but in my country (Iran) dental implants with crown are done about 1000$ per teeth .you can come hear .it will be much more cheaper even with travel costs than some countries.

i suggest you to think off something as ASAP because remaining bone are the most important criteria for implants.

and the bone will resorb in time.
